DESCRIPTION
Developed by ADGAP members, the AGS/ADGAP Making the Business Case for Geriatrics Toolkit is a compendium of case studies with proven strategies and communication tools (e.g., slide decks, spreadsheets, economic arguments or analyses, evaluation of entering risk-based contracts) to support other members in making the business case at their own academic institutions. Each case study includes strategies and tools used in making the case for a new program/idea or expansion of an existing service. The resources in the case studies were refined with guidance from the AGS/ADGAP Business Case Toolkit Workgroup with the goal to share with AGS and ADGAP members so the tools/strategies can be adapted and implemented at their own institutions.
