This new pocketcard guide provides guidance for clinicians on when to schedule in-person visits versus virtual visits for older adults in the current COVID-19 climate. The guide is meant to help providers by presenting several conditions and offering advice about which ones favor in-person visits and which ones favor using telehealth.
