The GWEP-CC webinars include pre-recorded case study videos created by GWEPs and their primary care practice partners. Each case study focuses on one of the 4Ms of Age-Friendly Care – what Matters, Mobility, Medication, or Mentation – in order to bring a patient’s voice to the audience. Following each case study video, a Q&A session was held among webinar participants and case study developers, to discuss in-depth implementation of the specific ‘M’ presented.
