DESCRIPTION

The Faculty Development Feedback Toolkit, developed by the AGS/ADGAP Education Committee, is a compendium of articles and tools meant to offer guidance on conveying performance feedback to learners across multiple settings.

Feedback is information about, and provided to, a learner regarding their performance and knowledge of skills.

Since all Geriatrics healthcare providers are asked to provide feedback during the course of their careers, these resources can be utilized and applied to all levels of career advancement in order to improve performance.
