The Geriatric Models of Care Collaborative recorded webinars are a valuable resource for staying current on geriatric care innovations, learning from real-world implementations, and applying evidence-based models to improve outcomes for older adults. These quarterly webinars, hosted by Aurora Health in collaboration with the AGS' Acute Care Special Interest Group and the AGS Clinical Practice and Models of Care Committee, feature recently published articles on geriatric models of care.
